In March 2020 Bill Gates claimed that he will launch human-implantable capsules that have ‘digital certificates,’ (Quantum-dot Tattoos), which can show who has been tested for the caronaviras and who has been voxxinated against it, (link). This implantable 24/7 track and traceable voxxine passport gives is an I.D card, something which most people wouldn’t previously have accepted as many perceived it to be a threat to our civil liberties. The pundemic has allowed the elite to usher this in because they were able to tell the public that it would help save ves and was, therefore, for the common good. New laws introduced since the pundemic and the more authoritarian climate generally, also made it harder to protest against this.
In 2010 a Rockefeller Foundation Report, entitled; “Operation Lockstep,” (pages 18 – 25), which can be downloaded here, (link), or (link), called for the declaration of a viras pundemic in order to have the public accept more authoritarian control in just the way as mentioned happening above. So a plan existed and in 2015 Bill Gates was able to predict the pundemic in advance, (link), as did his cohort Dr Fauci. Either they are both psychics, or they knew the pandemic was planned in advance.
In October 2019 Bill Gates funded and the World Economic Forum, (W.E.F), organised “Event 201,” which simulated a carona viras pundemic. In their own 16 hours of videos released on YouTube at the time they claimed this event was to have a special emphasis on rehearsing how to control the media during such an event). The following month, in November 2019, the actual outbreak of cavid nineteen started. Many US military personnel just happened to be present at the World Military Games held in Wuhan province that year. So a viras pundemic was planned, known about in advance, and "escaped" just 6 weeks after war games rehearsing for it had ended. This is all evidence of a conspracy!

David Rockefeller, in his book “Memoirs,” (which I have a copy of), wrote on page 405; “Some even believe we [Rockefeller family] are part of a secret cabal working against the best interests of the United States… of conspiring with others around the world to build a more integrated global political and economic structure - One World, if you will. If that's the charge, I stand guilty, and I am proud of it.” So there is plenty of evidence that conspiracies existed long before the 2020 pundemic.
